These seats represent the different stages a relationship goes through. Their legs joined by a rigid bar are at once a bond and a constraint—a symbol of how emotional ties can be perceived. The different positions of the structure can convey the sense of closeness, anger, distance, admiration, indifference, reconciliation... but it can never be completely close or distant as is the case with the strong emotional bonds created in a relationship.
Estos asientos representan los momentos por los que pasa una relación. Las patas unidas por una barra rígida son a la vez un vínculo y una limitación, un símbolo de cómo se pueden percibir los lazos emocionales. Las diferentes posiciones permiten representar cercanía, enfado, lejanía, admiración, indiferencia, reconciliación… pero nunca te puedes acercar ni alejar del todo.
